Finance & Utility Billing

Finance manages the city budget, purchasing, property tax billing, and water and sewer utility accounts, and publishes the city's annual financial reports.

Utility billing

Water and sewer bills are issued monthly. Pay online, by phone, by mail, or in person at City Hall. Set up autopay or paperless billing through Pay & Apply.

To start, stop, or transfer water service, submit a request at least three business days before your move date.

Property taxes

The city bills property taxes annually in the fall, with payment due by December 20. View rates and pay online through Pay & Apply.

Budget & transparency

The adopted annual budget and audited financial statements are posted for public review each fiscal year.
